Monkey Mind is a mental health and performance support platform serving athletes, teams, and organizations

At Monkey Mind, we believe adversity isn't an obstacle — it's a gateway to growth. Whether on the field or in the boardroom, your mental game is just as important as your physical or technical skills.

With over 20 years of experience across the NHL, MLS, NFL, NWSL, Olympic levels, and executive leadership development, our providers deliver practical tools to build resilience, focus, and composure under pressure. We help athletes, leaders, and organizations stay composed, adapt to change, and bounce back quickly — so preparation turns into peak performance when it matters most.

Because success isn't just about skill or talent. It's about confidence, clarity, and composure when the stakes are highest. At Monkey Mind, we make sure you're ready for whatever the game, business, or life throws your way.
